Nidhi Billore is an internationally experienced Integrative Physiotherapist, Yoga & Wellness Educator, with over 15 years of expertise spanning clinical rehabilitation, academic leadership, and holistic mind–body wellness.

She holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal Disorders & Sports Medicine) and is a published researcher in both national and international journals. Her work reflects a rare synthesis of evidence-based medical science and conscious movement practices, supporting long-term physical health, emotional resilience, and sustainable well-being.

Blending clinical physiotherapy with therapeutic yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and movement-based rehabilitation, Nidhi supports individuals across life stages: children, adults, and seniors and helping them restore balance, mobility, and inner stability in today’s high-stress, sedentary lifestyles.
